Thanks to the new bending geometry with 300 degrees of free space, profiles with an aspect ratio of 1:3 can be produced without any problems. V2.5 by ASCO

The new geometry With a free space of 300 degrees, the new geometry of the V2.5 ensures even more variety in profile production. It enables profiles with an aspect ratio of 1:3 to be produced without any problems. The bending of narrow counter edges of 12 mm is also standard on the new V2.5. A maximum bending angle of 150 degrees and the typical inclined bending beams for even more space round off the innovative overall package and enable the production of even more demanding profiles for the facades of the future.

The new generation of the ASCO cutting device is characterized by its automation. This is the first cutting device that adjusts fully automatically to the selected material. Cutting gap and overlap adjustment are set fully automatically in less than 1 second. Based on the bending thickness, the cutting device processes up to 2.50 mm steel. Gripper System When working with gripper fingers, the production process is further automated, which increases the productivity and precision of the flashings. With the optional different opening circuits, several profiles can be produced at the same time by just one operator and removed individually. With the newly developed gripper system of the V2.5, a minimum gripper dimension of 18 mm and a gripping height of 38 mm for existing bendings is achieved. If the gripper dimension falls below the minimum, the stop fingers switch on automatically. With the new optional double gripper, short flashings can also be produced automatically. On request, additional grippers can meet individual customer needs.

The new DPR-System The newly introduced DPR – system (Dynamic Pressure Regulation) allows the clamping pressure to be individually adjusted on each stand. This feature guarantees perfectly opened hems over the entire working length. In addition, this system is also used in the field of crowning. Corrections to the bending angles are possible using different clamping pressures.

The highly robust base frame Excellent bending results are achieved thanks to the extremely high basic rigidity of the machine frame. In addition, this frame construction guarantees that the bending angle accuracy of the machines is maintained over a much longer period of time than, for example, with simpler U-profile constructions. The closed frame profile also ensures that the V2.5 no longer has to be anchored to the workshop floor. The machine can be adjusted perfectly to uneven floors using narrowly positioned adjustable feet.

The simultaneous control of several axes significantly increases the efficiency of the V2.5 and ensures short production cycles.ENERGY EFFICIENCY The modern E-Drive drives of the V2.5 ensure a significant reduction in power consumption. Depending on the machine's operating time, this can result in savings of several thousand euros per year.

Safety system The new V2.5 meets all current european and american safety regulations. In addition to security, the focus was also on user-friendliness. The combination of clamping beam protection and the well-known lateral moveable L-shapes allow the operators maximum freedom of movement wi-thout restrictions that could impair the manufacturing process. Emergency stop sa-feguards and the enabling pedal for two-man operation are standard.
